Capt. B. B. Sinha has over 4 decades of experience in shipping industry. He is the former Director/CMD of The Shipping Corporation Of India & has held several Senior management positions in many organizations across the Maritime Industry.
He has worked in various sector of the industry including Oil & Gas, Liner Shipping & Offshore.
He was Director on the board of Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association (SMUA), Chairman of Irano Hind shipping company, Director at Indian Register Of Shipping, besides holding various other important positions.
He has also been closely involved in Maritime educations & training and was the Chairman of Narottam Morarjee Institute of Shipping & Great Eastern Institute of Maritime Academy
He has also worked as Advisor at Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd.
